Scott Eucker - Partner
As a Partner, Scott is responsible for our business strategies and operations in the Eastern region of the United States.
Scott has thirty plus years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries.
As a former multi-unit restaurant franchise owner, he brings a unique owner’s perspective to our project management and development business.
Prior to this firm, Scott headed several development regions for Yum! Brands, Inc. During his fifteen-year career, he managed development in every U.S. market and Western Canada. He has vast knowledge in site selection, lease negotiations, design and permitting, contract negotiations and vendor relations.
He has successfully overseen projects in the restaurant, retail, industrial and transportation sectors.
Scott has a proven track record of leadership at both the project and corporate levels.
Dennis Williams - Partner
As a partner, Dennis is responsible for our business strategies and operations in the Western region of the United States.
As a licensed Architect and former General Contractor, Dennis brings creativity and strategic thinking in the growth of expanding companies.
Dennis has, throughout his thirty-five plus year career, successfully worked on a wide variety of multi-unit and rollout programs throughout the United States. He has also completed a multitude project types which have included: restaurants, office buildings, retail centers, theatres, day care centers, universities, governmental facilities, medical buildings, industrial, and transportation.
He has a keen insight to design, a vast knowledge of project management techniques and proven quality control methods.
